WOW! This page is terrible! It appears to be nothing but the text of the treaty. I think a brief description of the treaty, and maybe some history would be more approriate with an extern link to the actual treaty. MB 15:09 May 14, 2003 (UTC)
Agreed. Until someone does that however, I've broken it up into paragraphs so at least the article's readable now. I notice it's 70kb long, so it's far too long for comfort, too. -- Arwel 21:05 May 14, 2003 (UTC)
