I'm not quite sure why this page is a candidate for deletion? There are other words in wikipedia that are slang or vernacular. Especially shortened forms of another word.
Firstly, "Wikipedia is not a dictionary". All you can say about this word is that it is a shortened form of 'ridiculous'. As such it belongs in Wiktionary. Secondly it's very doubtful that it's got anything like widespread usage. When I googled the word, almost all the usages were foreign or misspellings of Riddick. Hence the redirect.
