The English toward the end has a sentence fragment. "Later Sir Reginald. " Was he knighted? If so, please say so, and, if possible, when.

He was not knighted, but he was known throughout his life as Reginald, not John, as many references show. He became Sir Reginald when he inherited the baronetcy. So I've just moved the article to "Sir Reginald Graham, 3rd Baronet", in accordance with WP:COMMONNAME
