Semi-protected edit request on 18 November 2019
Script error: No such module "protected edit request". Imprisonments and killings were later handled by the SIM, the Servicio de Inteligencia Militar, efficiently organized by Johnny Abbes. Some cases reached international notoriety such as the Galíndez case and the murder of the Mirabal sisters further eroding Trujillo's critical support by the US government.
After "Some cases...support by the US government" a sentence should be added such as "After Trujillo approved an assassination attempt on the Venezuelan president Rómulo Ernesto Betancourt Bello, the Organization of American States (OAS) was formed and the United States blocked Trujillo’s access to U.S. sugar quota profits."[1] to further explain how the US government began withdrawing support for Trujillo. bad source
The article has many claims that it traces to this source:

This is not a CIA document. It is a pamphlet written by Frank A. Capell in the 1970s. It is a self-published sort of tract. Maybe the things that it says are true, I don't know. But it is not a reputable source.
It is part of the CIA's CREST database because the CIA has copies of basically any articles — true or false — in that database. It was not created by the CIA, nor was it ever classified. One can see it is part of a file of a bunch of miscellaneous news clippings about the CIA. It should not be listed being created by the CIA; at the very minimum it should be correctly cited.
