Cleanup

I’ve completed a round of cleanup for this article. I removed the tag as all major sections now include citations from reliable sources. However, the tag remains, as some language is still promotional in tone and would benefit from further neutral rewriting. Proposed Text: "Under her leadership, the foundation has launched numerous innovative initiatives to promote environmental education, air quality, and sustainable tourism."

Rationale: Change “Foundation” to lowercase “foundation” for consistency, as it’s not the start of a sentence or part of the formal title here (per MOS:CAPS). Add “to” before “promote” for grammatical clarity and parallel structure in the infinitive list.
