Why exactly does there need to be a link to a Harry Potter article on the top of the page? Many video games, books, and other forms of media feature potions, what makes Harry Potter so special as to be linked in this article? --Sfida 01:48, 7 August 2006 (UTC)Reply

Is this really an article about medicine? The "medicine" stub label is unnecessary, and probably innaccurate, since potions do not seem to have a prominent place in actual (as opposed to fictional) medicine.

Still, the word Potion may be associated with medicine and therefore the stub label could greatly increase the information regarding medicine in general.

LOL

Potion makers

I was unaware dragons were capable of making potions. Magician? I'll believe it. Fairy? I'll believe that too. Witch? You bet. Dragon? This is the first I've heard of this. Booger-mike (talk) 02:38, 11 January 2020 (UTC)Reply

Improving Stub

I've added "Etymology", "Administrators of potions", "Famous potion makers" and "Popular types of potions" and "Popular ingredients used in potions" to the stub and fixed up the lead to reflect the article's contents. Any feedback or suggestions would be great. Pourmetea (talk) 23:57, 20 November 2020 (UTC)Reply
