Chemical intros

To avoid scaring off the non-technical, the intros to chemical articles should probably focus on uses, and not composition or production.

I've reorganized as stated above. Also, the uses section could use a lot of clean up. It's essentially saying the same thing over and over again for different things. It should perhaps be organized as a section of anti-corrosion linings (listing all those uses), and a section on decorative uses, etc.

Practical Uses
