British Military Medal

Are we sure that he received this medal? It is, as far as I know, only [used] give to U.K. and Commonwealth members [According to his article he is from New Jersey]. His name is also not on the list as having received one. I'll take it out within one week if someone does not source this or remove it. ScarianTalk 20:21, 14 July 2007 (UTC)Reply

Ron Streczyk told McManus that "After D-Day, during the Normandy fighting, one of Tech Sergeant Streczyk's men was severely wounded in a firefight.
