I got this fact from the Parsons website (http://www.parsons.edu/about/history.aspx) but i don't see any dates stating that Pratt had the first fashion design program on its website. This read like Parsons was a fashion design school. Not true. Fashion is only one department at Parsons which is also known for brand identity, furniture design and photography. I have added non Fashion alumni. The bulk of Parsons students are in other departments, not fashion and have actually produced many famous designers. Msc interior design
