when the main article, Stilt house gets so large it needs to be split, then maybe this deserves it's own entry. Or maybe when this is more than a stub. As is, it's an unknown foriegn word in an english encyclopedia that has one sentence. That is not what an independent article should be.
- Pang uk in Tai O are only one of the many kinds of stilt houses, and the article was started at pang uk. While all kinds of stilt houses are stilt houses, they have different history and have different forms to cope with different landscapes. You won't start television set and monitor, or calculator and abacus, as one article, although they may look alike, or have similar functions. Please keep the two articles as they were until a settlement through discussion. Many thanks. — Instantnood 16:56, May 14, 2005 (UTC)
- Progress the section at stilt house. When it is so unwieldy it will be worth splitting. Somehow, I doubt it ever will, given your ratio of stub to completed articles. SchmuckyTheCat 17:09, 14 May 2005 (UTC)
