Max Mini
Does anyone have any proof that Max Mini was supposed to be lowered to the ring with Owen? It has been said that the reason for the quick release rigging was for Owen to perform a prat fall into the ring. So if the plan was for Owen to fall (a relatively short distance), why would they have Owen (a 250 pound man) fall 10 feet (the reported height of the planned fall) onto a midget wrestler he was holding? But then again nothing about the event makes any sense.Ganley89416:10 11 September 2006 (EDT)
Ganley894 Hi there, To answer your question, Max Mini was never involved. Owen was 227 pounds not 250. I watched the Dark Side of the Ring documentary and his wife Martha said it was a sailing clipped used for mass that killed Owen by making him fall. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Kingzwest (talk • contribs)

Separate article on Hart's death
I think probably there needs to be a separate article Death of Owen Hart. The topic is too long to be all on this article, and since it extends years after his death, doesn't belong under the article about the wrestling event either. FOARP (talk) 14:27, 8 November 2024 (UTC)
