Error in wording
In the opening paragraphs, it says "...its highest ever and the 11th-most populous in population the nation"
The word 'population' isn't needed here. Joox84 (talk) 08:36, 30 March 2025 (UTC)
Grammar / editing error under "Revolutionary War era"
The first paragraph under "Revolutionary War era" includes the sentence "To reassure neutrals, it provided that it would become the legislature would disband if New Jersey reached reconciliation with Great Britain."
This is grammatically incorrect, probably the result of an editing error, and makes the sentence hard to understand. It should say "To reassure neutrals, it provided that the legislature would disband if New Jersey reached reconciliation with Great Britain.", deleting "it would become." Can't do it myself, as the page is semi-protected. Arrowgrab (talk) 12:35, 1 April 2025 (UTC)

Northern European?
You either break it down by European ethnicity or you don't. Northern European vs Italian lol? Doesn't make sense. Sounds like "Northern European" is a metonym for non-Italian, which doesn't correspond to Northern European, which typically refers to Scandinavia. 128.62.64.48 (talk) 03:31, 20 May 2025 (UTC)
