Network Management System (NMS)

An NMS, as the name suggests, provides certain features to analyse and control Network Elements (NEs).

Sir, Tell me more abt Network Management Programming.

Added external link

Hi,

I've added an external link to http://www.lansweeper.com It's a free network inventory program that we use at the university where I work as a system administrator. Wikipedia should have more links to freeware, everybody can benefit from it. poda onnumilla. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 112.110.99.168 (talk) 08:19, 24 January 2010 (UTC)Reply

Wikipedia has a very popular page that lists many NMS systems and key comparison features. Seems redundant to have a special list on this page. Would find out that a list can be hard to maintain - better to use existing page. Hope you all agree. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Tnet21 (talkcontribs) 04:35, 8 April 2010 (UTC)Reply

There are two external links to two differet products, one of them commercial. These should be removed and as people can find them on the comparison page. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 87.198.212.130 (talk) 07:55, 30 January 2013 (UTC)Reply
