The map is showing Crimea as a part of Russia, which is not true according to International Law. Please correct this. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 195.138.80.184 (talk) 07:32, 2 July 2020 (UTC)Reply

"Nenetsia" is a toponymic invented by Wikipedia

It does not exist anywhere outside en.wikipedia.org.

The region is called "Nenets autonomous district".

It's nice that Wikipedia is innovative. However, inventing new toponymics, suggesting that they are meaningful in real life while in fact, they are not, betrays the purpose of an encyclopedia. --Johannes Rohr 18:08, 7 August 2005 (UTC)Reply

  • An old comment, but as I am expanding this article, I should point out that Nenetsia is a perfectly acceptable and widely used word equivalent to NAO (not District) as a simple google search shows. Fenix down (talk) 11:29, 28 April 2010 (UTC)Reply
Yeah, exactly, Google search shows term was invented by Wikipedia. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 46.72.153.235 (talk) 12:06, 27 August 2011 (UTC)Reply
Not so. I've restored the term.—Ëzhiki (Igels Hérissonovich Ïzhakoff-Amursky) • (yo?); August 29, 2011; 13:47 (UTC)
Please don't change it back, as I explained in Discussion — Preceding unsigned comment added by 46.72.153.235 (talk) 17:03, 2 September 2011 (UTC)Reply
