Lake Erie Transit

It's amazing how long articles in your own backyard can be on Wikipedia, thanks in part to a lack of categorization and interlinking. I fail to see the notability of the Lake Erie Transit article. The article is poorly sourced with its only meaningful references being the MDOT site (thought it contains no real information) and a few Monroe Evening News articles. In one case, describing the unique design of one of the city buses is arguably unencyclopedic, trivial information. I propose this article be merged into Monroe County, Michigan#Transportation with an excerpt placed into Monroe, Michigan#Transportation.
