Kilogram is a base unit?
Why is kilogram considered a base unit; not gram? And why is that not described in this article? Stevebroshar (talk) 11:55, 26 December 2024 (UTC)
Based on the metre?
WRT "The decimalised system is based on the metre". That implies that metric/SI system is based on the meter. But, it's not. I don't understand the intent of this sentence. Stevebroshar (talk) 11:58, 26 December 2024 (UTC)
