Poor grammar, possible contradiction.

"Methyl formate has zero ozone depletion potential, zero global warming potential and zero volatile organic compounds."

It doesn't "have" zero volatile compounds. A better wording would be that it is not volatile, but the high vapour pressure and low boiling point contradict this. I would ask somebody to remove the "zero volatile organic compounds" part. On page A3-22 of the given source, the Hydrocarbons section mentions this: "Hydrocarbons are volatile organic compounds (VOCs), contribute to ground level ozone and smog and are regulated in many regions". I assume that somebody assumed that methyl formate is not a VOC due to it not being a simple hydrocarbon, so included this part of the sentence.

I won't edit the article myself as I don't have an account, just making a strong suggestion.
