Foucaldian critique

I am probably fighting a losing battle, but I think the prominent place given to this critique is not appropriate. It's essentially saying that methadone is no different than heroin (or only different in terms of its legal status) which is not true. Fentanyl picture

The picture of 2 mg of fentanyl next to a penny appears to be entirely irrelevant to the article. While the article discusses methadone's effects on opioid receptors, it does not reference fentanyl, it doesn't mention the information captioned onto that picture.
