New Zealand/Mexico
Mercosur is a southamerican organisation, why are New Zealand and Mexico observer states? Are there special economy links between them and Southamerica? --2A02:908:C33:A180:FB1E:F2E8:DE72:9AD (talk) 14:20, 21 July 2022 (UTC)
- NZ's Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade said that they have no record of being in Mercosur to begin with in an Official Information request in May of 2024. 70.90.200.1 (talk) 02:02, 14 September 2024 (UTC)
- I reckon New Zealand should be removed from the list of members. We have confirmation from an official government source that there's no record of their membership. Plus, there doesn't seem to be much information on how or what they've actually contributed to Mercosur. 203.219.194.222 (talk) 04:57, 13 February 2025 (UTC)
Map
The map of Mercosur doesn't show Bolivia as a full member even though it became one in late 2023. Battlesheep1 (talk) 05:02, 4 February 2024 (UTC)
