Freistadt

I am wondering if we should bring the article about Freistadt back as a separate article if there was any historical/cultural significance. The former town of Preble, Wisconsin comes to mind-it is now part of the city of Green Bay. One of the editors raised this question. Freistadt is a neighborhood within Mequon, Wisconsin and it should be treated as such. Freistadt is not an unincorporated community. Thanks-RFD (talk) 19:04, 24 March 2010 (UTC)
