New Conflucting Sorce for legality of marital rape in China

After doing a bit of digging I was able to find a SCMP artical on law change that outlaws marital rape that dates to Oct 7th 2005. it seems to be poorly translated with the tone of the artical changing and for the life of me I cant find the law that they are refrincing. if anyone can help that would be fantastic.

In Pentecostal Christianity

The section begins "Pentecostal Christianity prescribes gender expectations for married individuals" is perhaps plausible and has citations, but I would argue that Pentecostal Christiany doesn't have a central authority in the same way the the Roman Catholic Church does. With no centralised confession of faith or church governance the implied criticism doesn't seem entirely objective here Rob Burbidge (talk) 22:31, 8 February 2025 (UTC)

South Korea listing as "Yes/No" seems inconsistent

From the Legislation by country section/table:

There is no specific statute in South Korean law that defines spousal rape as illegal. Nevertheless, the Supreme Court acknowledged marital rape as illegal.

However, this is characterized as "Yes/No", whereas other countries with similar descriptions (rape in general being criminalized, without a specific law regarding spousal rape, but also without an exception for it) are characterized as "Yes", even where they also mention prosecutions being rare.
