  • I've written an entry on Lujan based on contemporary press accounts that I think presents a balanced portrait of his career. I posted it as the most current entry, which is basically a redo of the entire article since most of what preceeded it was either very brief or plagiarized from the NNBD article.
  • Although I'm a Democrat, I still have to call it like I see it. Unfortunately, the incidents presented here are not a complete biography, but only a series of gaffes not presented in context. Even though Lujan frequently made an ass of himself, information presented in this manner is not useful to a casual reader. Sorry. 207.195.255.228
I deleted all of the text in question. It was plagiarized. Quatloo 23:41, 24 December 2005 (UTC)Reply

Manuel Lujan

How many brothers or sisters did he have?

Congressional Hispanic Caucus

There is a discrepancy here- this article claims that Lujan was one of five inaugural members of the CHC in 1978. However, the CHC's article does not include him among the five and places the year of organization in 1976. The CHC web link also gives 1976 as the start date. The Original Historygeek (talk) 09:03, 3 June 2009 (UTC)Reply

Relationship to Governor Michelle Lujan Grisham

I have removed mentions of Governor Michelle Lujan Grisham being his niece because according to the recent press release issued by the Governor's office regarding his death, Governor Lujan Grisham explicitly states that she was not his niece.--TommyBoy (talk) 21:50, 26 April 2019 (UTC)Reply

Following up on my previous comments, here is a link to the press release from the Governor's office.[1]--TommyBoy (talk) 22:08, 26 April 2019 (UTC)Reply
