- The article is mostly AE, which is odd given that Americans generally use the "macaron" French spelling even for cakes that Brits know as macaroons. --Ef80 (talk) 17:09, 15 August 2024 (UTC)
Origin
Since it mention Italy, shouldn't Italy be listed as a possible origin? Or at least, shouldn't the origin be changed to Mediterranean Basin, given how Arabs are mentioned too? 87.8.206.211 (talk) 22:50, 6 October 2024 (UTC)
