Racist birther

WP:WEIGHT issues
The section on political views is far too large in relation to the rest of the article per WP:BALANCE and WP:WEIGHT. — AjaxSmack 14:30, 22 July 2024 (UTC)
- Which part(s) deserve more focus? He was a political commentator and host of political shows so it is not unreasonable that at least some focus is on his politics. The section above seems to request the opposite. Polygnotus (talk) 14:43, 22 July 2024 (UTC)
- Template:Bcc"Some" focus on his politics is necessary. However, having entire paragraphs on recent non-events like "Dobbs defended the Trump administration's decision to ban a CNN reporter from a press event" or "after Trump accurately claimed that the official death count from Hurricane Maria in Puerto Rico was fabricated by Democrats, Dobbs defended Trump's assertion" with extensive quotations on each is too much. It is obvious that Dobbs slavishly supported and defended Trump, but this can be illustrated with a summary and two or three major examples, rather than a laundry list of quotations from the final 8 years from the subject's 40-year career. The BALANCE/WEIGHT issue comes from these RECENTIST WP:NOTNEWS items constituting the bulk or the article's text. — AjaxSmack 18:16, 22 July 2024 (UTC)
