This should probably be a page which links to pages for the longest monosyllabic words for different languages (or contains a list of longest words for each language) rather than just redirecting to the longest monosyllabic word in English.
Also, note the difference between the longest written form of a word (which can be in terms of various things such as the number of letters/ideograms/syllabries, of alphabetic/syllabic/ideographic graphemes, of non-diacritic graphemes/combining sequences, of graphemes, or of glyphs) and the longest spoken form of a word (either in terms of the number of phonemes—which may include affricates—or the number of phones).
