Added Citations to Pioneer Section

I added citations that were needed in the 'Pioneer' section, regarding Savage's views that the company should winter in Florence. I removed the text "According to a narrative by John Chislett" because information attributed to Chislett is now included in the citation.

As an aside, Levi Savage is one of my heros. As a member of the Mormon Battalion, he had thousands of miles of trail experience, including coming across the remains of the Donner Party. He told what he realistically believed to be true, even when it was in direct opposition to the other leaders' (one of whom, William H. Kimball, was the son of then Mormon apostle Heber C. Kimball) counsel that the company should go forward regardless of the consequences. William H. Kimball promised he would "stuff into his mouth all the snow they would ever get to see on their journey to the valleys" (Script error: No such module "citation/CS1".), thus proving Paul's words that "whether there be prophecies, they shall fail" (1 Corinthians 13:8).
