The article summary contains a criticism that the article "contains content that is written like an advertisement". I agree. The importance of the article is not in question but rather the style or lack of factual basis for comparative statements. There are adjectives like "affluent" and "upscale" that are not based on cited facts or verifiable sources. I am inclined to remove these adjectives until someone is willing to pull in published data on average resident income or average property value per square foot as compared to regional, national, or global averages. citations for verification

The summary contains a criticism that it needs additional citations for verification. I agree. Much of the information about Las Colinas I found in a quick online study was published by the governing corporate entity, The Las Colinas Association, which introduces a concern for bias or verifiability.

• I believe the history of Las Colinas can be supported by local historical and genealogical societies, and journalism.
• County and city sources may also be available. I have added citations for the governing body's articles of incorporation and other registrations with the State of Texas.
• The Recent History section contains a hodge-podge of citations from news published by commercial property owners or tenants. The value of these is as questionable as including lists in an article that is not a "List of ..."article.

Move proposed

I propose amending the article title to reflect standards and conventions for geographic locations as the article is seemingly out of sync with Wikipedia conventions and because the focus of the article is the geography and not the corporate governing entity. I am not sure yet what the official Wikipedia standard or guideline is. When reviewing and editing articles for other geographies I see conventions that connect them to the more familiar name of the larger region:

• unincorporated communities: community name, state [Starfield, Missouri]
• neighborhood developments: development name, city [Brookside, Kansas City]
• township: township, county, state [Lafayette Township, Clinton County, Missouri]

I just checked the articles for Wikipedia:Article titles and Category:Wikipedia naming conventions proposals looking for guidance and found none. Inappropriate list location
