Definition

The definition is correct, but the claimed "usual application" is not. A LART is some weapon or action used to silence the "whining of LUSERS". I doubt we can expand upon this topic much more, so perhaps a redirect to Luser is more appropriate, or perhaps to the specific section on LART. Rob Church 01:49, 7 August 2005 (UTC)
