HGV

The use of this term is now deprecated in the United Kingdom, in favour of LGV for Large Goods Vehicle. Suggest renaming the article? Sticki 18:03, 20 September 2005 (UTC)Reply

No. *Everybody* uses the term HGV, and I don't think that's likely to change. You could mention this in the article, though. PeteVerdon 01:13, 1 December 2005 (UTC)Reply

LGV

Only problem is that Light Goods Vehicle (a vehicle not exceeding 3,500kgs gross weight) may also be shortened to LGV. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 155.198.13.188 (talkcontribs) 11:36, 13 October 2006

Tachograph

Template:Quotation No - not "all". Only ones that drive further than a 30 mile radius from their starting point or are used to draw trailers. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 217.155.110.198 (talk) 10:46, 27 February 2007 (UTC).Reply

It must be fitted. It need not be used though. Trevor Marron (talk) 10:11, 22 October 2012 (UTC)Reply
