Orange?

State microbe

Wisconsin 2009 ASSEMBLY BILL 556 would establish Lactococcus lactis as the state microbe. I'm inclined to add this (in the section about cheese) if the bill passes, but not until then. Kingdon (talk) 19:01, 12 December 2009 (UTC)

Cremoris

Afu05sra (talk) 21:29, 9 June 2010 (UTC) in the cheese manufacturing bit how come only subsp. lactis is mentioned and not subsp. cremoris?
