Template:WikiProject banner shell the "P" in LAPB does not in any way stand for protocol, LAPB is part of a group that falls under LAP which stands for Link Access Procedure, where LAPB is a protocol, the proper name does not include the use of "protocol" as in "Link Access Protocol, Balanced". The proper name is in fact "Link Access Procedure, Balanced" --64.208.7.126 22:36, 18 May 2005 (UTC)
Still a stub?
