Need help with citations please in "In other media" section

Someone added that Krist has a blog but put a wrong link and name. It's not called "Dream Journal", and the user linked an archive.org wayback machine link. Krist's current blog is called "Deep River Dispatch" (though it says Krist Novoselic at top of page, down the page is says "more Deep River Dispatch" to link older posts on the blog. The URL of his blog is https://deepriverdispatch.com

I tried fixing it but I got a conflict because a previous section cited the same citation apparently (or sited the wayback machine link but somehow it conflicted). I don't know how to fix this. I reverted my two edits but can someone who knows Wiki markup better than I take a look at it please?

The other part of the article that links the same URL is the part that says "A self-titled album was released in April 2022, with eleven songs recorded at The Bait Shop, in Ballard, Washington, as well as Novoselic's home.[94]"

Timeline

In the career section (1987-1997), the last line suggests Novoselic pushed for a 20th Anniversary of the Nevermind album. How could it have been 20 years from 1991 in 1994? the linked novoselic.com website is instead linked to a scam site

looking up the wikipedia page on a web browser will have his 'website' linked under his name, this leads to a scam site however NotQualified (talk) 18:10, 31 October 2023 (UTC)

Suggestion to change page name

I suggest this page name be changed to Chris Novoselic. It says on the official Nirvana Spotify page that his name is Chris Novoselic (born Krist Novoselic) suggesting that his name was legally changed.

His name of Krist never changed, but the Anglicized version as "Chris" was, if memory serves, used on earlier Nirvana releases. It might be worth adding a sentence to this article explaining that Chris Novoselic and Krist Novoselic are indeed the same person. CAVincent (talk) 22:37, 28 July 2024 (UTC)

I know this comment is a few months old, but Krist goes by Krist. He did an oral history for the state of Washington and that is how he spelled it. Reportersteven (talk) 01:37, 18 December 2024 (UTC)

Croatian-American or just American?

A few weeks ago, somebody changed Krist's nationality from 'American' to 'Croatian-American'. When i attempted to change it back, i was reverted by someone. I had a discussion with them about it and their points for Krist being Croatian-American were that he speaks Croatian, Croatia has citizenship by descent and his parents live there. My points are: speaking a language doesn't mean you hold nationality of the country the language is from, Croatia has citizenship by descent, but it's not an automatic process, you have to manually apply for it and we don't know if Krist did that, and your parents living there has nothing to do with you holding nationality too. I think he should just be listed as 'American' because he was born and raised (mostly) in America, he was always listed as American so why change it now, and as far as we know Krist isn't a Croatian citizen. Although he went to school there for a small time, he could've just had a visa or temporary permit. All we know is that he's an American with Croatian ancestry. Wikipedia isn't a place to speculate so i suggest changing it back to American. Thoughts? Cherryblossomgirly (talk) 15:23, 3 June 2025 (UTC)

He's clearly Croatian-American, spoke Serbo-Croatian as a first language, has posted on social media in Croatian, has lived in Croatia and attended school in Croatia, changed his name to be Croatian, his parents live in Croatia per [1]. SportingFlyer T·C 07:17, 10 June 2025 (UTC)

The phrase Croatian American (or "Croatian-American" with a hyphen) simply refers to a US citizen with Croatian ancestry. That's a marker of ethnicity, and the only nationality indicated by the phrase is American. Per WP:ETHNICITY, the phrase absolutely should not appear in the lead. Absent a reliable source for Croatian citizenship, just "American" belongs in the lead. (I'll also point to my comment in the previous comment thread re: usage of Chris and Krist.) He is already mentioned as having Croatian ancestry in early life, so as CAVincent said, it's not needed in the lead, especially without proper sourcing. And yeah he never LEGALLY changed his name, he was known as "Chris" for a short while as an anglicized version, but it was never legally changed. Articles in Croatian all imply he changed it back from Chris, that he had to update his passport to do so. I don't know why we're minimising this. SportingFlyer T·C 13:27, 12 June 2025 (UTC)

because it's just not true. those articles are either lying or are just misinformed. can you give me a reliable article interview where Krist himself says he LEGALLY changed his name? because as far as we know, "Chris" was only a stage name for a short while.
