Image choice - Why a red Koopa Troopa?

Green is by far the most common and recognizable colour of Koopa Troopa from the Super Mario series. Is there a reason why the red Koopa Troopa render was chosen over a green one, such as quality or copyright-related issues? 84.69.3.175 (talk) 14:16, 20 April 2024 (UTC)
