This seems to have been edited in such a way as to slur over a point. The holonomy-type definition, as far as I can tell, is a broader one than the algebraic geometry definition. Charles Matthews 19:18, 28 May 2005 (UTC)
- Thus physicists. Actually, this definition can't be right, if wikipedia's definition of hyperkahler manifold is correct - Sp(1) is exactly SU(2), so this definition implies every hyperkahler manifold is a K3 surface. I hope this change satisfies. Orthografer 05:46, 29 March 2006 (UTC)

In the article it says that most K3 surfaces are not algebraic, shouldn't it say non-projective? franklin 05:13, 18 January 2010 (UTC)

- In all seriousness, should we have such a prominent, non-English quotation (Andre Well) at the top-right of the article with no translation on the English Wikipedia? Complex compact surfaces with trivial canonical bundle
It is said that the only complex compact surfaces with trivial canonical bundle are K3 or tori. I think there are primary Kodaira surfaces too. 195.221.123.15 (talk) 07:03, 31 March 2023 (UTC)
