Hmm. How does this square with jury nullification? Cimon avaro 17:42 May 10, 2003 (UTC)

HHMMMM! and a double hmm. Is this stub really accurate, legally? Doesn't appear to be even too comprehensible as a stub??? -- Cimon Avaro on a pogo stick 13:50 3 Jun 2003 (UTC)

No indication of jurisdiction, if any. should be part of jury, if anything. jimfbleak 13:56 3 Jun 2003 (UTC)
This is an extremely stubby stub. The French stuff is totally random. I suggest we don't even need this. Whatever needs to be said about jury instructions can be put in a short paragraph in Jury_trial. This should be merged into Jury_trial. Mrees1997 20:40, 20 December 2005 (UTC)Reply

Edited jury instructions comprehensibility/jury nullification

I have made edits to incomprehensibility with jury instructions and jury nullification instructions. There were several parts in these sections that were plagiarized from their sources, so I removed and rewrote/edited those segments and left what appeared to be okay. Question about Scope

As far as I know, there is no site linking to all publicly available sets of model jury instructions in the U.S. Do people agree that this would be a good place for it? And if so, what format should it be in? — Preceding unsigned comment added by BrownandSpooner (talkcontribs) 23:25, 7 October 2020 (UTC)Reply
