Wikification note

Sorry. I am still new and forget sometimes to wikify things or to leave a description of my changes. I will get the hang of it, eventually.

Spain/Catalonia

Barcelona is in Spain and Catalonia. As Spain is the nation, this needs primacy. I assume that in California he spoke Spanish and English. Catalonia deserves strong mention, but is still part of Spain. Edited article to reflect this. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Tapered (talkcontribs) 20:33, 20 March 2010 (UTC)Reply

His birthdate

Wikipedia states his birthdate is July 3, 1814, but there is no source certifying this, his tombstone (via Find a Grave) doesnt have a birthdate either. The only source with a birthdate was the Biographical Dictionary of America (1906) stating July 13 1814. Would it be the proper move to update his birthdate to July 13 as it is the only real source that gives a birthdate? Chiraq Bears (talk) 18:40, 5 May 2022 (UTC)Reply
