Personality and Activites
The last sentence of the second to the last paragraph in the section "Personality and Activities" quotes John Wesley as saying "I did not forsake her, I did not dismiss her, I will not recall her" and cites this -- https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/John_Wesley#CITEREFWesley2000a -- as the source for this statement. This link does not actually contain the quote in any obvious way. If any searching must be done, I feel that it ought to be noted. Not sure if this is my error in not being able to find it or an error in the quotation itself. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 97.116.118.208 (talk) 03:46, 6 April 2022 (UTC)

Wesley's Denomination
Would it not be more accurate to describe him as an Anglican rather than a Methodist? He greatly advocated for Methodism in the confines of Anglicanism rather than it being a separate denomination. FarmerUpbeat (talk) 17:28, 1 March 2025 (UTC)
- The infobox has both, which I think is correct. Where else would you propose changing the description? Thanks. Martinevans123 (talk) 17:52, 1 March 2025 (UTC)
