Introduction paragraph

is poorly written and needs to be reworked entirely — Preceding unsigned comment added by 74.212.43.246 (talk) 22:02, 19 June 2017 (UTC)Reply

I have to agree there are some issues with the first para. Enemy Combatant has different definitions and it isn't clear from the rest of the related sentence which meaning applies here. It is presumably clear to those who already know something of the case. JDE94.126.214.6 (talk) 07:24, 24 May 2019 (UTC)Reply

How do you explain in a balanced way that a man was "captured" while already in a prison, where 300-500 people were massacred, but because there was 1 US military casualty, one survivor was charged with 20 years in federal prison? 73.135.176.74 (talk) 15:41, 29 December 2020 (UTC)Reply

Gag Order etc.

The Talk Pages are not for the discussion or your personal opinions on this case, or for WP:SOAP boxing - please limit discussions to the use of Reliable Sources for the improvement of the article. Your post is something you need to take to a forum or politico blog.

Opening improvement

First of all, the opening paragraph needs to make clear that he was captured /by US forces/, and also state what he was charged with.

Second of all, what are Wikipedia's policies on using the preferred names of individuals? 69.113.166.178 (talk) 05:24, 2 September 2020 (UTC)Reply
