Upbringing Religion

Fogle was brought up in a Jewish household by father Norman Fogle and mother Adrienne Fogle. 2605:A601:A720:4100:E4FE:CADE:3D5F:8FA4 (talk) 22:42, 15 June 2023 (UTC)Reply

But is that relevant? Bkatcher (talk) 03:04, 28 June 2023 (UTC)Reply
It's super common to mention someone's religious upbringing in their biography, yes Red Slash 21:28, 10 August 2023 (UTC)Reply
His Jewish upbringing is already mentioned in the "Early life" section. Cullen328 (talk) 21:31, 10 August 2023 (UTC)Reply

Unnecessary template

There was a template to convert his pant size from inches to centimeters, which I changed to straight text because it didn't produce a grammatically (or numerically) correct result. The template produced "62 in (160 cm) pants"; for encyclopedic writing, it should be "62-inch (157-centimeter) pants". First, since the initial measurement isn't rounded to the tens, the conversion shouldn't be either. Using the common conversion factor of 2.48 cm = 1 in, 62 converts to 157.48, which should then be rounded to 157, not 160. (This strikes me as an error in the template.) Second, according to the Template:Cvt page, "in" should have resulted in "inches", so I don't know what happened there but it would have been incorrect anyway. Third, abbreviations shouldn't be used in formal writing. Fourth, the hyphen is required grammatically and to make sense (and I couldn't get it to work in the template). Lastly, since this is a static number, it's not necessary to have a template formula-- it's never going to have to be converted again, so plain text is adequate. Subway

Can we discuss how "because Fogle was not a Subway employee, there was no violation. Subway representatives said they had no record of Mills's allegations?" This is ridiculous whats being done about this Mxwllconrad (talk) 21:03, 19 May 2025 (UTC)Reply
