WP:ARBMAC issue on this page

There seems to be a question about whether [1] this event is a holiday or observance and seems to be smack-dab in the middle of WP:ARBMAC. Apparently the country has eliminated the holiday but the factions don't agree. The question is, should it be in this list and is it properly cited? Toddst1 (talk) 21:51, 1 March 2021 (UTC)

As far as I can tell, no article exists for this person. Please verify their name - Salama Abdel Halim Al -Shaloui? Also, no citation has been given. Kiwipete (talk) 01:12, 16 March 2025 (UTC)
