NPOV and merger
This article is written from the Indian point of view on the events of the Amritsar Massacre. This results in the article violating NPOV guidelines. While it is perfectly fair to believe (as I do) that the Amritsar Massacre was a "slaughter" or that the Rowlatt Act was "draconian," to say so in a Wikipedia article is to make the article biased. This article should be cleaned up to conform to the NPOV guidelines, a task that'll take quite an overhaul
Frankly, though, I think this article should just be deleted. There already exists an article entitled "Amritsar Massacre" which covers all of the information in this article and maintains a neutral point of view. So, why does this article even need to exist? Let's get rid of it.
