Removal of achievements section

The following achievements section wasn't cited and I have removed it accordingly. The relevant material should be added back to the article after getting the proper sources. TheOriginalSoni (talk) 22:47, 28 October 2013 (UTC)

• Introduction of Prasar Bharati bill in the parliament and approval of FM Radio channels as Union Minister for Information & Broadcasting.
• The Delhi Metro Master Plan was introduced under his tenure as Cabinet Minister for Urban Development, and sanctioning similar metro projects for cities such as Kolkata, Bangalore, Mumbai and Hyderabad.
• Granting 48 projects for Andhra Pradesh at a cost of Rs. 48.42 billion under JNNURM schemes.
• Important role in getting classic status to the Telugu language.
