English pronunciation [EYE-o-CASS-tee] per the Dictionary of Classical Mythology (JE Zimmerman, Harper & Row, 1964).

Traditional English form of the name is Jocasta, so Jocastan would be an acceptable adjectival form. kwami 2005 June 30 00:33 (UTC)
