According to the Star Trek website, this episode is entitled "In the Hands of the Prophets".
- Thanks! Sorry about the wrong title. It's called Blasphemie in German, so I assumed... you know :) — Timwi 17:24, 22 Jul 2004 (UTC)
Why isn't this page simply titled "In the Hands of the Prophets"? I don't see the need for the (DS9 episode) in the title if there isn't any other article with the title "In the Hands of the Prophets". Acegikmo1 21:01, 14 May 2005 (UTC)

However, the episode skirts the real-life issues somewhat: unlike the faith-based views of creation held by many today, both the wormhole and the aliens within it (worshipped by the Bajorans as "prophets") are actually very real and verifiable, so in essence, both sides of the debate in the episode are correct (a point that Sisko even makes at one point).
