Inclusion of Holmes as a Black Belt county

While six counties in Mississippi are defined as belonging to the geographic Black Belt/Prairie, according to the MS Encyclopedia, some 200 across the South are included among those counties defined as belonging because of "a majority African American population and a long history of cotton production."
