Saving Texts as Templates

I'm afraid you can't find help for your HTC device here - you'll have to figure out the proper department at HTC to contact to get help with your phone. very unsatisfied customer
Dear Sirs,
I m very unsatisfied with the HTC agent in Egypt as I bought htc desire 728G on 12/2015:
1- 3 months after that the mic stops working for a day and half then reworked again. 2- On 6/2016 the mic totally stops working and no one can hear you on the other side. 3- On 3/7/2016 I went to the agent with the one year warranty and gave them the phone to fix and there was no reply till I called them 4 times a week after they got the phone with a minimum waiting on hold till reply 15-30mins, and on the 4th they said the board broke down and we will replace it but after a while as we don’t have one now. 4- I asked them to give me another new one as it s not my fault it s a manufacturer problem and they said they will ask the head office, I waited 2 days and called them and there was no reply so I went to them and the answer was we will fix it soon and that s all we can do but we won't give one inside under any circumstances. 5- I called the customer protection agency and the NTRA here in EGYPT and made a complain and I decided to send you too and to every HTC web page and facebook as to let everyone all over the world how awful is the HTC agent in EGYPT( Jovi Tronix).
