I don't think it appropriate to move this page - he is commonly known as Max Richards and few Trindadians would connect 'George Richards' with their current President —The preceding unsigned comment was added by Guettarda (talk • contribs) August 28, 2004.
To revist my comment from over a year ago, I don't think that George Richards is the correct place for this article - in his role as president he is generally referred to as George Maxwell Richards, and in keeping with the MoS I think the article should be there. Cause of death
TDKR Chicago 101, other than the Loop.tt story, I don't see others mentioning congestive heart failure as a cause of death, just a heart attack. The major newspapers are reporting "heart attack" [1][2][3] as does the television station CNC3[4]
As far as RSs go, I'd rank Loop on the lower end. Lower than the others. Guettarda (talk) 13:58, 9 January 2018 (UTC)
- Note, this is just meant as an observation. I don't know if it's correct or not, but I think it's important to get it right, since so much of the news coverage is going to depend on this page. Guettarda (talk) 14:01, 9 January 2018 (UTC)
- And, though I've declared it elsewhere, I should also declare my COI here. Guettarda (talk) 14:04, 9 January 2018 (UTC)
- COD to heart failure: Trinidad Express. From what I've been reading in the obits, it appeas Richards suffered a heart attack, was placed under ICU and later passed of heart failure. --TDKR Chicago 101 (talk) 14:24, 9 January 2018 (UTC)
- Yes, he had a heart attack, and was rushed to a private hospital. But the specific attribution to congestive heart failure is mentioned in only one source, which also happens to be the least reliable of the listed sources. Guettarda (talk) 14:32, 9 January 2018 (UTC)
