Suggestions for improvements

I have some suggestions for improvements but don't have time in the near future to follow through:

• Too many level 1 headings
• Some wikilinks to hygiene and WASH are missing.
• Probably the section on epidemiology needs updating.
• The world maps used there are for diarrhea - need to think about if this is appropriate, or perhaps rather link to the diarrhea article and not repeat the same information.
• Consider how to reduce overlap/repetition with the diarrhea article.
• Should SDG 3 be mentioned?
• Think about more and better images (perhaps replace the image in the lead with one that is less sciency/microscopic?). EMsmile (talk) 11:37, 18 May 2022 (UTC)
