This sentence

"The Great Western Railway Caliph Class 0-6-0 broad gauge steam locomotives for goods train work."

is not English as it has no verb, but I cannot fix it as I do not know what it means. Pdn 03:32, 6 Mar 2005 (UTC)

Proposed merger

All modern references combine the Ariadne and Caliph classes as a single Standard Goods class, and I rpopose that these two articles are merged and renamed to reflect this. Geof Sheppard 12:27, 17 August 2006 (UTC)
