Should we make separate pages for specific fighting game subgenres?

Shooter games has pages for some of its important subgenres like hero shooters and tactical shooters. Considering that there are specific popular subgenres of fighting games too, should we make separate pages for 2D, 3D, and platform fighting games? Virtua Fighter isn't the first 3d fighting game

Street Fighter 5 Sales Data incorrect

Street Fighter, at the bottom of the page, is labeled as having sold 10 million copies, but according to Capcom's Sales data, it has sold 7.7 million copies. Hauntedhelm (talk) 02:17, 30 January 2025 (UTC)
